3.5. Environmental parameters
Seasonal variations were observed in pH, water temperature,
and oxygen content. The pH remained around 6.3 ± 0.1 in
summer and 7.0 ± 0.2 in winter. The water was warmest in
summer (30.0 °C ± 2.00) and coolest in winter (17.25 °C ± 1.24).
Oxygen content remained around 6 mg/L, except for a decline
in summer (4.3 mg/L) (Table 3).
