Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:
- Accountable for price book maintenance.
- Support buyers and Group Category Manager on administrative works.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties for efficient communication
Primary Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure appropriate price book setup and structure to accommodate future potential changes including:
• Product listing and de-listing process
• Product price and cost change process
• Product, vendor and site information updates
• DC information updates
• Utilize pricebook feature to facilitate database analysis
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel i.e. IT, Finance & Accounting personnel, vendor to solve price book related system for stores.
- Coordinate with vendors to follow up the confirmed acknowledgment letters for payments.
- Provide primarily support to buyers or team on any ad-hoc tasks when required or assigned by Group Category Management Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fileds
- Good English and computer skills
- Good analytical skill and acountability
- Able to work with details under pressure
- Good business manner and service minded
- Work experience in retail business is an advantage
