Sales Executive;
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to Residential Sales Manager
• To provide the professional sales presentation for all clients
• To sell project units represented by JLL Thailand
• Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales report and client’s follow up.
• Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.
Qualification
• Female aged 25 – 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Minimum 1 year experience. Real estate business is preferable.
• Good computer skills on MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Service-minded, detail oriented and work as a team.
