Spending time must be constantly analysed. The analysis of spending time can point out to
the following: more and less productive activities, how much time during the day is spent on
routine tasks and how much on development and creative work, whether routine tasks are
authorized to be carried out and to what extent, number of tasks left, the tasks that can be
delegated and how much time is spared.
Time management mistakes may occur and some of them are shown in Ontograph in Figure
6. Some of these mistakes are: Insufficient planning, too much time spent on planning,
memorising of tasks, lack of good communication, perfectionism and the like.
