Redglobe grapes(V. vinifera cv. Redglobe) were harvested during
the commercial ripening period from a local vineyard(Zonda
district, San Juan) and immediately transferred to the laboratory.
Homogeneous bunches were selected according to size,
shape, color, weight and absence of injuries . Before each assay, berries were washed with sodium
hypochlorite solution (1% active chlorine), rinsed with distilled
water and left to dry at room temperature.
