3) Regarding the welfare of KTCM staff, the following matters are decided in the meeting.
a) For the last year’s performance, bonus is not provided to the staff since there is no rule to provide bonus.
b) Uniforms will be provided in the near future after the new condominium management company is assigned to work.
c) A welfare party for the staff will be held in the near future after the new condominium management company is assigned to work.
4) Communication channel with co-owners is re-confirmed as attached table 1
5) The former tenant of the rental office space of 191/123 left without paying rental fees for three months, and ceiling was left removed by the tenant. The management informed the tenant to recover these problems for two, three weeks, however, there was no reply from the tenant. Therefore, the committee decided to issue a legal letter to the tenant if there is no response until Feb. 2.
6) For monthly financial calculation, the outsource accounting company was appointed already, and they will work for January accounting report.
7) For the comment of the monthly financial report at the committee meeting, K. Krisada is assigned to report from the next monthly meeting.
