Transition 773 > 611 and 773 > 449 represented the loss
of glucose (m/z 162) and sophorose (m/z 324), respectively, while
transition 773 > 287 produced cyanidin (m/z 287) aglycone due
to the loss of both glucose and sophorose. Fig. 2B showed another
example for mono- and di-acylated anthocyanin, i.e., cyanidin 3-phydroxybenzoyl
sophoroside-5-glucoside (peak 2).
