Customs broker is K+N, DSV is just transporter and we were not reported about the damage during transportation.
However, if K+N received “Survey Report” from Kodang (PAT), please provide. We will file claim to the co-loader/terminal on your behalf.
Not sure you have picture of damaged parts? Did K+N get “Survey Report” & recognize any damage upon cargo release from customs?
According “DAP term”, the seller is still responsible for damage if it could be identified that the damage occurred during transportation krab.
We will address this incident to the seller & DSV at origin. Please provide the letter of claim + claim amount (est.).
