Dissemination of specimen signature of certified exporter Not applicable The competent authority of the exporting country needs to send the specimen signature of certified exporter to the competent authorities of the other participating countries
Limitation on number of authorized signature Not applicable Not more than three persons per certified exporter
Third country invoicing Allowed Not allowed. Exporter will need to apply for Form D instead
Back-to-back certification for ASEAN origin goods Allowed except for exports to Thailand Not allowed. Exporter will need to apply for back-to-back Form D instead
Types of products covered No specific exporter can self-certify for any product so long as he has evidence that the product qualifies for ATIGA Certified exporter can self-certify only for approved products that are stated in the application from for registration as a certified exporter
Validity of pilot project The pilot project is supposed to end on 31 December 2015 as the self-certification system was targeted to go “live” in 2015. The participating countries may need to extend the duration of the pilot project if the launch is delayed The pilot project will expire when the self-certification system goes “live”
