SUBJECT : Proposal to improve quality meals
Last weekend I've went to London street on Phatthanakan road. I went
to have lunch at LE PETIT café. At first I want to say that this branches has
good customer services. Your staff looks really very friendly and polite. They
always smile to customer. Staff came took in ordering really fast. He's just come
when I arrive at shop for a while. It take less time to wait for receiving meal. The
dish that they have served has the same picture as in board. For the place they
can décor very good, look luxury, and clean. In my opinion I think all of the
above that I have said is the good point for your branches. I wish that you can
treat your service like this for a long time as long as you can. Now I would like to
talk about problem that I have seen in that meal. In that meal I was order
Le Chocola flappe, Ham & Cheese Croissant, spaghetti. The problem was in
Le Chocola flappe it was very tasteless, it doesn't sweet and the ice wasn't
precise. I really confuse about it. But last time that I ever came here the taste
wasn't the same as this time. In that time the taste was sweet and more delicious
that this time. So in that time I have 1 question in my mind "This branch doesn't
have same standard product quality?". After that I told someone who's personnel
in this café which stand near me, but the result was he act as he doesn't believe
what I said. I really feel angry about this situation. Another problem that I want
to tell you is toilet for person who use wheelchair. It usually have people who
doesn't use wheelchair in that room. Sometimes I can see that those person who
get into this room is someone who work in this place (London street). The last
problem that I can see was the dishes that you've put my food. I can see that it
has some dust on my dish.
I think the toilet that for people who use wheelchair must be use for this
group only not for people who can't wait in line. I can see that most of staff at
this place are women. They usually go into that room and make up their face.
But in customer view it look not suitable because most of people who use wheel
chair they are elderly person. The sight that I don't want to see but I saw it in that
day. That sight was have one lady staff she's very hurry to get into that room
before elderly person come. After that when she get out of that room she looks
at elderly person seems that elderly person was wrong.
I recommended that you should improve your product quality to have
same quality for each product in every meal not sometimes sweet sometimes
tasteless. The utensils that you use for put some food or drinks must be clean.
Do not have any dust. About toilet please tell your staff don't use that room. If
staff still use that room might has some penalty.
