Welcome to November’s special update,
Today, Ntec joins with a group of other very successful education and training providers to form part of a much larger education and training group called Aspire2
Ntec will now be part of a very substantial education firm with
o A strong focus on foundation education in the NZ domestic sector
o A large international division which will be the dominant international PTE in NZ
o A business to business Division which will include Cornerstone and Safety N Action which between them will have a very blue chip client base of over 4,000 clients
Companies in the Aspire2 group are:
o Ntec Tertiary Group
o Cornerstone (including Cornerstone, NZWS and NCNZ)
o Solomon Group, a long-established PTE with a foundation training and employment focus which includes a Maori and Pasifika Trades Training Initiative
o Queens, another large international education provider also mainly offering level 5-7 qualifications, a lot of which is in the business, Cookery, and IT area
o Safety ’n Action – a PTE focusing on corporate health and safety training
Scale of the new group:
o We will have over 7,000+ student enrolments (Ntec has 3,000 currently)
o 8,000+ students assisted through Solomons additional services – Additional funding assistance and/or employment Services
o International students come from over 30 countries
o Almost 130 programmes being offered
o 29 main education and training locations throughout NZ
