FMU contacted cm (086-6663515) who insisted not applied card with CTB and he would like CTB investigate with salesperson why sales got his documents. Customer informed that he reported this issue with Pathumwan Police Station, as he checked with NCB and found 3 activity recorded from SCB, TBANK and CTB. (SCB & TBANK - approved, CTB – rejected)
Customer knew that who took his documents for applying card, but he needed to know how CTB got his documents. Also he not request salesperson or K.Natcha call to him.
FMU updated customer, Citibank destroyed application & documents following bank policy as application submitted since August 2014 already.
And FMU will investigate with salesperson and call update him again and customer agree.
