- Support superiors in formulating and implementing C&B strategies, program, policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting survey and analyzing the results and trends.
- Maintain and administer various benefits schemes to ensure staff canenjoy the benefits offered and answer associated inquiries.
- Maintain HRIS with its database at good accuracy and integrity to contribute to HRIS enhancement.
- Enhance division head’s effectiveness by providing correct information to meet the organization objectives.
- Work closely with service providers/ insurance companies/brokers in order to maintain proper implementation of benefits scheme e.g. medical scheme, dental scheme etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
