The whole lot of packed
samp les were divided into tw o halves : one for hot setting
and other for cold setting. The samp les for hot setting were
incuba ted at 40 °C for 1 h, followed by 20 min incuba tion at
9 0 ° C . Finally, they were immersed in cold water at a
tempe rature of 4–5 °C for 30 min
