I see that there was still a block on your account, though not for the IP I’d contacted you about in early February. I went ahead and cleared that IP as well, in case that might be part of the issue. You should have unimpeded access from your institution.
I’m not quite sure what you’re asking us to do about your account, however. Wilai is the administrator and can change the password at will in the admin center. The Admin can also request a new password if he or she has forgotten it by using the “forget your user ID or password” link that is on the signup page, as well as add other users to the account and change administrators.
