I have never expected that my video will be spreading out like this... I really appreciate for the praises. And it's my great honor that I can be someone's motivation and inspiration.
I have already explained how I lost my weight, but still lots of people are sending messages to ask me how I exercised, and what I ate. I really apologize that I can not reply to each one of them, because I have received more than 300 messages to read.
As I explained before, I don't have any special workout program or special diet meal. I'm just eating a healthy food and doing exercise at least 4 hours @@@EVERYDAY@@@@.
I am a university student, and I do part time job as well. iI could say "I have no time to exercise" but I didn't. I'm waking up at 5:30-6:00am in the morning and doing fast walking and running for 60-90minutes. And I'm doing second exercise at night for 2.5-3hours(weight lifting1.5-2hours+1-1.5hours running). I'm usually backing to my place at 12a.m. And I'm making a meal box for next day, and going to bed. And waking up in the early morning again. But if possible, I recommend you to sleep enough to rest your body.
This is what I have been doing since 1st of March. I am really sorry that I can not give you something special tips for your weight loss. but what I can tell you is, YOUR BODY DOSEN'T LIE!
