Have spoken to Mr. Ghosh this morning, personally apologised and asked him if he wanted us to send the cheque or if he will provide his bank details.
He confirmed verbally that the apology and the money were sufficient and that he will not proceed with any lawsuit.
He will e-mail me his bank details so we can transfer the money to him instead of sending him the cheque.
Once I have his bank details, Ill forward it to accounting for processing.
