Cranberry punch
Ingredients
SERVES 10
2 ½ cups cranberry juice
2 ½ cups orange juice
2/3 cup water
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp freshly grated nutmer
Ice cubes (if serving cold)
Frozen cranberries and their leaves to decorate
Method
1.Put the cranberry juice orange juice water ginger cinnamon and nutmeg into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat and pour into heatproof glasses.
3. Chill and add ice cubes if serving cold. Decorate with the frozen cranberries and their leaves.
