scores were obtained from statistical analysis. The
mean score was used in determining the level of
knowledge of organic farming among the
respondents. Therefore, all the respondents having
scores from 0 to 9 were categorized as having a low
level, while respondents having scores of 10–12
were graded at the moderate level and scores of 13–
15 were categorized as a high level of knowledge on
organic farming. These three levels followed the cut
off points of 60% and 80% (Bloom, 1956) which are
given in Table 1.
