Job Description
Responsibility to ensure all Sales Fundamental are achieved
Establish and Maintain strong relationship and cooperation with MT channels.
Manage the assigned key modern trade account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive profitable growth, and increase sales capability
Prepare quarterly business review with key accounts. Conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers.
Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business.
Monitor and Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
1-3 year experiences in sales and marketing environment (Modern Trade) or
1-3 year experience in sales and marketing environment (International Trade)
Qualification
Male/Femaleachelor Degree or higher
Bachelor Degree or higher
Have operation experience in FMCG (Modern trade) at least 1 years
Mature, energetic, fast response, result-driven with goal-oriented
Strong planning, managerial and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
Strong negotiation, convincing and problem solving skills
Good command of English both written and spoken
Computer literacy
Work on Monday to Saturday
Medium to Senior Level
