SAFETY PLAN
1 ) .General 
The safety and Health Control Procedure established by Employee & Contractor is intended to describe the precautions and requirement for the safety and Health control in order to prevent and / or protect against the injury ( or death ) to any person ,damage ( or loss ) of any property during Employee & Contractor’s performance of the work.
In this section is following point are explained to highlight Employee & Contractor’s Safety Program.
- Safety and Health Control Procedure

- Inspection of construction Plant and Equipment
- Employment of safety officer and training of Personnel
- Adherence by Subcontractor to Project safety

2 ). Safety and Health Control
( 1 ) Employee & Contractor shall establish detail construction Safety Procedure developing from its standard procedure.
( 2 ) Employee & Contractor shall be provide following facility for Health control 
Medical and First – Aid Facilities
Contractor will provide medical and first-aid facilities at Factory in accordance with local Governmental Laws and regulations . It will be provided with suitable facilities and qualified medical personnel capable of handling related injuries or illnesses.
3 ). Safety Policy during construction
 Employee & Contractor’s safety philosophy is based on the concept ,that safety should be realized by each level of involved persons Consequently , safety requirements are specified in Contractor procedure guidelines ,and those will be made know by all Employee & Contractor’s person through the guidances provided for them.
The important of the safety of all personnel related to the PROJECT during all phases in recoqnized by all Employee & Contractor’s employees. “ safety first” is always mandatory requirement in every Employee & Contractor’s Projects. Among other ,to put first priority to is Employee & Contractor’s Policy.
Employee & Contractor’s safety rules applicable to its employees are bases on the labor control law of Thailand , however ,specific safety rule are prepared and applied to each project taking into account Owner’s requirement and local rules and regulations.
At the site , Safety Officer is always nominated to encourage and enforce the safety rules and practices throughout the whole Construction Plant Inspection conducted by Contractor’s Safety 
Supervisor and also subcontractors safety engineer ( as applicable ) 
Periodical construction Plant Inspection shall ensure safe smooth work execution at site Major point to be inspected and maintained in good condition are :
- Welding and Cutting Equipment 
- Personnel protective equipment 
- Tools and portable power tools
- Cartridge operated tools
- Ladders , scaffolding
- Electrical installation equipment
- Craned and rigger equipment
- Mechanical equipment
