the supply chain risk, each researcher from a
distinguished different angle and with its own
point of view.In the (Decision Makers’ Direct)
magazine there is an article called "Supply Chain
Risk Management", defined the supply chain risk
is as: all threats can disrupt the normal operation
of the supply chain.There are many scholars from
the vulnerability of the supply chain up the
definition of supply chain risks, such as the
Swedish scholar Svensson defined it as: the
existence of random disturbances which can lead
to bias between activities of parts and raw
materials supply chain and the normal, expected,
or planning time. All of these deviations in the
supply chain have a negative impact on
manufacturers and distributors [1], Cranfield
School of Management also defined the risk of
the supply chain as the vulnerability of the supply
chain, and proposed Effective supply chain risk
management will be conducive to safe operation
of the supply chain, reduce operating costs and
increase supply chain operational performance [2].
