Seventh-day Adventist education system is the world’s largest protestant education
system. Adventist Schools Australia’s school leaders completed a national self-review
on evaluating what makes an effective Christian Adventist school. The findings of the
review discovered the need to engender and create a culture of professional
conversations amongst school leaders and teachers on ways to formulate an
improvement plan. This eventuated in the development of the “Quality Adventist
School Improvement Framework, an explicit self-assessment tool to measure
