I've looked at the NCC output and the snapshots of the error and it seems like one CVM is unable to contact the IPMI. Can you please try to ping IPMI addresses from the CVMs and check if they are able to reach the IPMI IP address? If you get a response back, please run NCC again to check if the alert is still there. If you are unable to ping IPMI IP address from the CVM, then you need to check the physical connection to the IPMI (perhaps try to access IP web UI from your local browser) and see if it is connection properly.
