When two or more explanatory variables
are highly correlated with each
other, we say there is multicollinearity.
Multicollinearity poses problem to the ordinary
least squares’ estimates. It will be possible
to obtain the least squares’ estimates
of the regression coefficients (when there is
no perfect collinearity) however, the interpretation
of the OLS coefficients will be
quite difficult.
