Zebrafish gonads and liverswere homo

Zebrafish gonads and liverswere homogenized in 0.8mL TriReagent
(Sigma-Aldrich, Germany). RNA isolation was performed according to
themanufacturer's protocol. Total RNA was quantified using NanoDrop
ND-1000 Spectrophotometer and the quality was verified by absor-
bance ratio 260/280 nm. cDNA was obtained from 0.5 μg RNA/sample
using Quantitec Reverse Transcription Kit
