Anotherimportant feature of these models is that decision making is purposeful and goal directed.Numerous researchers have elicited decisionmakers' descriptions of organizational decisionsin which they were involved. Descriptive models of the decision making process developedthrough participant recollection are typicallysequential and contain varying numbers of stages
