MIS insurance and Cross-sell Manager
Job Duties
My duty separate mainly four parts.
1. MIS insurance: Main duty is manage team to improve process for send report on time, Data accuracy, Information meet customer's requirement. Such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, portfolio analysis, customer segments analysis, Presentation for Management Level. Include create customer database for Cross-selling product. Incentive scheme Analysis
2. Cross-sell Channel: Duty is create marketing campaign, monitor marketing campaign, Evaluate marketing campaign, Incentive scheme analysis, Customer survey. Customer insight
3. Customer database management. Analyst potential customer and Generate customer list send to insurers to sell insurance.
4. Incentive scheme analysis of Call Center team.For balance motivation and achieve target 960 MB Per year.
