“The factors that make that person to be a manager? It is the knowledge and the skills too. Some people may have only knowledge but cannot do the work. It cannot reach the goal if don’t have the skill for an example my duties is training so the most important skill that is teaching skill. Because the good training is not only the knowledge if we cannot send this knowledge to the employees therefore the good training must have knowledge and skill to send the knowledge to the employees in kind of interesting this is the skill too. So the manager maybe has the different skill and the other skill that the manager in every department should have is the communication. The communication is the skill that makes the job is success. And the other one is “Attitude” because the Knowledge, Skill, and the last are Attitude. Because the manager should have the leadership if you don’t have the attitude that don’t do the work or always give up or cannot reach the goal or have the attitude that see the other people in bad way or see yourself in bad way too it will not have the motivation to the team so the good manager it should have the Knowledge Skill and Attitude to drive your team to be success or reach the goal”.
