the salary review is indeed done after the performance review. I had it in my calendar for August as this month you reached 1 year in the company. However as we had just 3 weeks ago evaluation of your performance that was closed with warning letter, I moved it to the next month.
Salary reviews are done not only after some period in the company, but as well with the condition of full satisfaction of the performance.
We do not do after probation salary review. The first review is done usually after 1 year and only once the candidate' s performance is up to 100% of our satisfaction as I stated above.
I hope you will keep working on the points we discussed during last review and we will be able to do the annual performance review in September.
