The fermentation step (b) according to the การประดิษฐ์นี้ is a step in which the fermentation raw material obtained in the stirring step (a) is subjected to fermentation. varied. This is because at each of these stages, fermentation is carried out with
microorganisms having a preference to the temperature at the stage, thereby making it possible to obtain a functional microbial material that is produced by multiple
fermentation reactions.
