Key Accountabilities:
Strategic alignment to deploy recruitment opportunity in different new channels and enhance sourcing and company branding to become leading petroleum exploration and production company.
Responsibilities
Advise Sourcing team to optimize existent attraction tools and programs and to develop new recruitment opportunity for recruitment & branding in term of Employer.
Feasibility study for attractive activities to attract talent both in Thailand and in other countries to the company.
Manage team to execute the attraction plans to build talent candidate pools both in short and long term as targeted plan and ROI assessment
Align and integrate strategies for sourcing & branding, recruitment plan with manpower planning.
Supervise and manage team progress and other activity in related field.
Support recruitment teams both in Thailand and international teams for branding and proper candidate pools.
Leading & Advising to Recruit Operation Team
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in any fields; HR or Marketing fields are advantage
At least 10-15 years’ experience in HR acumen with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, Manpower Planning and Employer Branding perspective.
Or Experience at any field in managerial level at minimum 5 years and interest in HR Recruitment acumen
Business & marketing concepts understanding with people minded
HR knowledge and experience is advantage but not necessary if you are eager to learn
Ability to work in a cross functional multicultural team environment
Experience in team leading and familiar with team working
Experience with Oil and Gas Company will be an advantage
Good creative and initiative
Excellent communication and supervisory skill
English proficiency is a must
Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC = 750 at minimum)
