• Ensure that all customers’ requests for service and support are coordinated in an efficient and effective manner and that there is a “focused” point of contact for each individual customer.
• Assign all functional to subordinates and overall will remain the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Ensure that all data is correct on the commercial invoices before it is sent with the goods or faxed to the vendor
• Check all shipping documents before forwarding to customer to ensure that all details are accurate.
• Creation, Monitoring and controlling delivery orders.
• To monitor overall communication with client from end-to-end logistics operation aspects.

• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• 0-2 years’ experience in logistics fields.
• Detail oriented thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills, high level of service mind.
• Able to work independently and conscientiously.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting
• English and PC (Microsoft office) Literate, expert in EXCEL
