As Convergence IT send our team 6 persons to work as IT Helpdesk Support at SCCC for your project.
We would like to know their development and work progress .
After we collected all feed back from Chief Helpdesk team.
We found that some problem is come from individual character and we want to solve by improving them.
So Convergence IT send K' Kiticha (Ote) to this site to observe their working.
( I introduced him to you in the first week of this month.)
We just do small group training for soft skill and technical skill on 13-11-2015 that get good result!

However...now is the 6th weeks of 8 weeks( 2 months) to finish project.
So we had to scoring their work performance to know area improvement via this form. (the attached file)
We ask person who work closely with team (K'Keang, K'Doung) to do scoring.
Result of it will help us to create training to improve them for more work efficiency kha.

At first, I am sorry for our doing over process, make you don't know about it before.
Our main purpose to scoring our team because we would like to know their work performance.
K' Kiticha(Ote) who company assign him to training team will be there until this week.
We have limit time to do it, we have Thai language form so we ask K' Keng to scoring first!
