So the first case is about the form, instead of the IM setting in user directory.
For the second case, I tried your account, it is ok to have 95 forms. May I clarify you meant you was unable to run the form list? If so, I guess it was because you haven’t tick all for each filter and click “update” button to save the setting once. It will ensure all employees under your scope will be listed in the form list. Let me know if you have query.
