Monitoring and manage operation team in direct sales channels e.g.
E-commerce, telemarketing.
· Handling and improve operation process to reach customer satisfaction and company standard operation process.
· Building strong operation staff team skills and capability.
· Manage and handle Sales operation issues as a leader.
· Coordinate and work closely with other departments and other parties across various functional areas i.e Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, Brand management, Logistic and Fulfillment service.
