We have received phone call from HKTRR claimed that the following passenger was suffered from the error of the web system. We investigated that the segment cancellation wasn't cancelled by RI robot but by the website automatically set TTL by website instead.
However, as passenger requested to reinstate the segment but those flight is already full so we have made overbooking on that flight and protected bufferseat on the next flight instead. Your soonest investigate why this happen and how should we avoid such this case would be highly appreciate.
