As Suzuyo is the professional in DG handling, PMT is trust on your professional service so we decide to use Suzuyo to handle our shipment. I believed, Suzuyo has a long history in logistics field to handle many type of shipments and services. You must know well that most of the shipment under any kind of transportation shouldn't 100% in a complete condition, our shipment has no exemption of damage condition as well. I believe, as Suzuyo is the professional in DG handling, you know how to handle this kind of damage condition of goods received.
PMT is not ignore to this problem but we also have the process of claim. The claim will be done between PMT, insurance company and freight carrier. After insurance settlement, we can either dispose or insurance company will take away those damage goods. We will keep monitoring on the claim process in order to close the case and take away the damage goods from your warehouse as soon as possible.
Please considered to received our shipment in a normal operation process, keep it in a separate area and sent us the damage report + take photos for further claim process.
