Capital to host peace conference The first union peace conference is set to be staged in Nay Pyi Taw tomorrow in the wake of fresh clashes in Shan State. The deadly clashes occurred between the mil- itary and the Restoration Council of Shan State i which signed 0ctober's nationwide ceasefire agreement, in Mong Ping Township on December 31 avoid The dalled fornegotiations to more clashes.
