For example, Changing itinerary and extending ticket validity for a customer who got an accident in Thailand and his doctor suggested that he was not fit to fly in the ticket validity period. I processed his incident and collected the medical certify letter and a copy of his ticket detail to Supervisor and Manager for approving. After that, the doctor called to confirm his travel and asked us to provide special needs. I reissued the ticket and coordinate with Airport Staff to provide assistance at departure and destination airport, wheelchair, and extra-legroom seat.
