The study reveals mild narrowing disc space of T11-12 to L1-2 with decreased fluid SI of disc space.
there is mild schmorld node defec in vertebral body of T12 to L1 with minimal enhancement.
Mild bulged disc of T11-12 compromised thecal sac.
At T12-:L1:bulged disc is more compromised thecal sac and both traversing nerve of spinal nerve L1.
At L1-2: bulged disc compromised thecal sac and both traversing nerve of L2.
At L2-3 to L4-5: diffuse bulged disc compromised thecal sac and traversing nerve of L3 to L5.
normal facet joint is noted.normal ligamentum flavum is noted.normal SI in thoracic cord and conus medullaris is noted.
tip of conus medullaris is at the level of L1.
