5 Rates and Insurance are applicable to general goods but not hazardous, refrigerated, fragile and perishable goods.
6 The above rates are valid for 30 days. aCommerce reserves the right to review the rate if the scope of work is different from above mentioned.
7 Bangkok area does not include Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakran (Greater Bangkok).
8 Delivery rates are charged on gross weight or volumetric weight (cm3/ 5,000), whichever is higher.
9 Effective date starting at contract sign date and shall continue in effect for a period of 1 year.
10 Other Charges: In case of customer rejection, shipment return surcharge is 100 THB/box.Surcharge for remote area (refer to Appendix1) is 200 THB/box.

Limit of Liability: In case of damages resulting from loss of or damage to all or part of goods from warehouse, the liability is limited to 10,000 THB per occurrence but not exceed 100,000 per year, we encourage you to find insurance coverage separaely. Customer shall file claim notice within
7 days after the incident.
The rates exclude packing materials. Packing materials such as label carton etc. shall be provided by customer

aCommerce shall issue its invoice for the services render on a month basis. The charges are payable within THIRTY (30) days from the date of invoice as shown in the aCommerce’s invoice, Overdue payment is subject to a surcharge of 2% per month on the invoice billing amount.

up. Insurance of COD service: 100% insured by aCommerce.
