We believe that our approach using networking, action learning, action leadership
and the enabling framework of GULL is useful for developing sustainable learning
communities to address learning and other needs for disadvantaged communities in
developing countries or even in developed countries, as shown in our case study.
VOSP’s choice to continue and cascade the work of this newly established learning
community in partnership with other organizations and communities is a significant
result and promises multiple applications, ongoing lifelong learning, and sustainability
of VOSP as a learning organization.
