As per discussion, your lease will commence 1st November 2014 and will be a 12 month lease to start.
From here I will require the FULL Bond to secure the property. This will need to be transferred within 24 hours into the banking details below or at any National Australia Bank:

Please note this will need to be two separate payments & references;
