oh well, Last kebab courtesy of my good colleague Maureen! then starting tomorrow, no extra sugar (no fizzy drinks full of sugar.. only diet or zero and bottled spring water) lots of lemon, peppermint and green tea. no more fatty foods and takeout... just strict salads and fish and boiled new potato, plenty of yakults and multi vitamins and time to start walking round the park near my house! oh and im going totally alcohol free for april... time to lose some weight! if anyone can recommend any good healthy snacking food as I do eat a lot I would be very grateful! need to cut down my intake of food but using healthy alternatives to do it
