As communicated to all existing IFFO RS and IFFO RS CoC certified facilities when the 2016 annual invoices were sent out on 10th May of this year,
“IFFO RS limited is changing its invoicing period from April to January and the price reflected in the invoice reflects the costs until the end of 2016. Therefore, from 2017 onwards, the annual invoicing will be in the month of January reflecting the full cost for the 12 month period.”
This email serves as both a reminder to existing applicants that they should expect to receive their IFFO RS annual invoice at the beginning of January 2017 and as a notification to all new applicants that when your 2017 annual invoice is due (please refer to your 2016 invoice) you will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis to then receive only one invoice in January 2018.
I would like to highlight that those who are also IFFO Members you will also receive your annual invoice from IFFO in January, however, please note that IFFO and IFFO RS are two individual companies with two separate bank accounts. It is therefore of great importance that the correct bank details are used for payment. Bank details of where to make payment will be provided in an email along with your invoice.
