I have rang DHL and they have told me that I cannot do anything as this is not my shipping account.
John Deere need to call DHL to discuss how to have this delivered from customs, DHL have told me that they spoke to the receiver and the receiver is not confirming clearance instructions to allow this delivery to be finalised.
I have attached a commercial invoice for this shipment and am still unclear what we need to do further to have this delivered.
