Calculate personal withholding tax,social insurance,overtime,other benefits including prepare pay slips etc.
- Monitor employees time record such as absent leaving or late
- Create monthly salary report
- Prepare monthly payroll report (Tax1) and submit to the Revenue Department every month including the yearly income report (Tax 1 Kor)
- Coordinate with Social Security Office in case of employees movement
- Prepare and duty on employee,s performance evaluation either annually or during probation
- Monitor to ensure that employees are understand and observe company regulation accordingly
- Issue warning letter,emloyment certify and salary certificate letter
- Prepare Control stock stationery / stock Uniform
- Support other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager
- Filing income tax for employees in the factory every year.
- Preparation of annual employee bonuses.
