To control and update consumable stock and budget.
To control and internal audit for company asset.
To assist in the purchasing of general office requirement such as printing & stationery, office equipment, and any adhoc purchases as required for administration purpose.
To provide support to handling incoming/outgoing calls, greeting visitors & guests, meeting room arrangement, handling of maid/cleaner & messenger, driver.
Coordinate and arrange for transportation and accommodation for foreigner guest and foreigner staffs.
Take care for Company important document such as company certificate, agreement, Director document and etc.
Ensuring that all documents related to all Ensuring cases is been documented and filed properly for future references.
As the secretary of the foreigners management team; Project Director and Financial Controller upon the request or Prosecuting Officer in the Domestic Inquiries as required by the prevailing legal requirement.
