The below is the mail that send from you when the MX Record on DNS was configured. (Dec 4,2015 at 13:46)

We have checked that the Mail server of CAT is still alive:

Are these the causes that the Email server un-useable?
And is the IP correctly configured ?
Are there any information that you need from the CAT to investigate on this case.
